Actually the criticisms about poll frauds should have been an easy affair-given so many `veterans’ BN operatives and leaders who have crossed over to the Opposition! Like this military clerk -he confessed what many had suspected long ago: that the military took the ballots away from the military voters and mark them by order. (See attachment below) Before this there are numerous ex-BN operatives and politicians who boasted of their intimate knowledge of the BN’s dirty operations in private-but few if any bother to disclose their parts in it in good details so as to nail the BN’s dirty tricks and outright frauds. Why? Do they want to bring these dark secrets to their grave?

KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 4 — Bersih 2.0 chief Datuk Ambiga Sreenevasan was refused a court order today to challenge the Sarawak government for denying her entry into the state during its election last April.
Ambiga’s lawyer Tommy Thomas said High Court judge Datuk Rohana Yusof dismissed the electoral reform movement chairman’s application for a judicial review in chambers when the matter was called up for hearing this morning.
“She did not give a written reason,” Thomas told The Malaysian Insider when asked the grounds for the dismissal.
