Dompok calls for RCI into Sabah’s population growth

PENAMPANG, Sept 25 — A Sabah BN leader has called for a Royal Commission of Inquiry (RCI) to investigate the drastic population growth in his state, especially between 1990 and 2000.

United Pasokmomogun Kadazandusun Murut Organisation (UPKO) president Tan Sri Bernard Dompok said yesterday that the steep rise was accounted by the presence of foreigners, Bernama Online reported.
