A `political scientist’ who claim that it only take 4-5% of vote swing to nullify the benefits of voter registration campaigns must have changed his/her mind: now all political parties are not giving up the chances to register more voters. The parties don’t see the point of sparing 4-5% of voters to make up for their indolence and blindness to political facts. Voter registration even has quietly become fashionable and cool to empower citizens!
